When was the last time you took your dog out for a walk? Do you remember how much fun they had? I’m sure they had a huge smile on their face for hours after you got home. We all know the affects of a good walk are lasting. Our dog walkers make sure you pet has fun on their walk as well as get their much needed exercise. With all the wild life we have in Arizona your pooch is sure to enjoy: chasing lizards and birds, spotting deer (in certain areas), frothing at the mouth for a little bunny rabbit and smelling the roses (or bushes, trees, your neighbors yard, interesting finds at the park, etc.). Stop feeling guilty when you walk out the door and your pup is gazing at you with their sad little dog eyes. You know your pups favorite dog walker is coming to take him for his walk while you are at work. Read more about our dog walking services –>
We LOVE puppies and we hate to leave our puppies at home! It’s so hard to walk out that door when our new puppy is crying for attention. He’s like “What about me? Where you goin? Can I come too?” When life is hectic and it’s not possible to take your new puppy everywhere you go our sitters will come and save the day! We make sure your little guy or gal has ample time outside to exercise and relieve themselves. If your puppy has all their initial shots we will take them for a quick stroll as well. Need a hand with training? We can recommend a trainer to help you and we will follow your training commands to reinforce good puppy behavior.
Whether it is a mid-day visit, evening visit, or multiple visits, we will walk around the backyard until your puppy does their business, then we will roll around with them in a playful manner, hug and kiss them and play with them like we are little puppies too. We are only #2 behind you! When it comes to pet sitting for our families that are traveling or have sick pets we understand the stress associated with leaving our pets at home. After all, we travel too and use the services of pet sitters to take care of our beloved pets. One of the best feelings is getting that text or email update with a photo of your pets when you are away from home . Go ahead, try not to smile…I dare you! Our sitters take their time to love each and every one of our clients pets as if they were their own. We play with them, take them for walks, let them swim (if it’s ok), roll around on the floor with them, brush them, take cute pictures of them and cuddle.

This is a popular option for parents who are going on vacation or leaving for a business trip and don’t need or desire to have a sitter spend the night. This option is also useful for four legged companions who are sick and need special attention or when the pet parent has had an accident and is unable to easily care for their companion. They will receive lots of playtime, one on one attention and of course stick to their normal routine as much as possible.
The overnight option allows a pet sitter to stay in your home while caring for your companion. The pet sitter will arrive in the evening and leave in the morning. You can add a mid-day visit to this option as well. The pet sitter will provide all the services of the 1/2 hour visit and they will bring their own meals, bedding and clean up after themselves. Your home will look the same, if not better than when you left. If your pet sleeps with you, they will sleep with their sitter too!
This option is great for pet parents who don’t like their pets to be alone for long periods of time or for pets that may experience separation anxiety and can be destructive when left alone. Our pet babysitters will spend as much time with your pet as needed. We will arrive prior to you leaving and will stay until you arrive back home. Not only will our sitters play with your companion, we will also take them for walks or car rides.
Play Time Pet Care provides one way or round trip taxi services to veterinarians offices, doggy day care, grooming appointments, pet airways, and your favorite boarding facility.
When you call us to book your no obligation consultation (meet and greet) you will be asked a few simple questions so we know how to best serve you during your consultation and to provide a quote for services.
We will want to know how many pets you have and what kind they are. We will want to know the dog breed as well.
We will also want to know what type of service you would like…VIP Dog Walks, Puppy Care, Daily Visits, Overnights, Live In, Pet Babysitting By The Hour or Pet Taxi. This will help us be prepared for our initial consultation.
You will receive an email asking you to activate your account in our online system and will need to create your profile and your pet (s) profile (s). Once we receive notification that your registration is complete, your dedicated pet sitter will contact you to schedule your meet and greet. The meet and greet is the time we get to know your companion’s normal behaviors, and most of all, your companion gets to know their sitter.
Our pet sitters will email or leave a written journal behind after each visit or as you see necessary.
Once you get home, you will call us to let us know you have arrived. Otherwise, we will continue our visits to make sure your pets are okay. We can keep a copy of your key in our safe for future visits or we can return the key to you up to 3 times for free, if after the 3rd service request you still want your key returned, we will happily do so for a small fee of $15.
